Reconnection Mechanism

When disconnected, ZHL4921 will first try to connect according to the "reconnection times". If the connection is still not confirmed, ZHL4921 will enter the waiting state, and the waiting time is the set "interval between reconnection tasks". After the waiting time expires, ZHL4921 will try to establish a connection again.
